Spend a Semester Shipping Real AI Systems

Not a coffee-run internship. You will write code that reaches production — features, data tooling, and evals for real client systems — pairing weekly with senior engineers who treat you like the junior teammate you are here to become.

About the Internship

Junior Teammate, Not Shadow

Most internships teach you what a company looks like from the visitor chairs. This one puts you inside the delivery team: you get a mentor, a real workstream on a real client project, and code review from engineers who ship AI systems for a living.

You will start with well-scoped tickets — a data tool, a dashboard widget, an eval script — and grow toward owning a small feature end to end. Demos on Friday include yours. Retros include your voice. When something you built goes live, you will know, because the client will be using it.

Interns who thrive here get a return offer conversation before the internship ends. That is the point of the program — we hire from it.
