The Person Between a Client's Goal and a Shipped System
Synexian runs several client engagements at once — AI automation systems, computer vision deployments, custom SaaS builds. Every one of them needs the same thing: someone who turns ambiguity into a plan, keeps the client confident, and keeps the engineers building instead of firefighting.
That is this role. You will run 3–5 concurrent projects end to end: kickoff workshops, milestone plans, sprint rituals, client demos, scope negotiations, and launch checklists. You are the client's main voice into the team and the team's shield from chaos.
This is not a ticket-shuffling PM seat. You will sit close to the technical work — models, APIs, deployments — and close to the founders, with real authority over how projects run and how our delivery process evolves.
