All plans are billed monthly with no long-term lock-in. You can cancel or change your plan at any time before the next billing cycle. Annual plans with a discount are available on request — contact us to learn more.
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. You can either upgrade to the next plan or purchase additional hours at ₹1,999/hour. Unused hours do not roll over to the next month.
Absolutely. All payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS certified payment gateway. Synexian never stores your card details on our servers. Razorpay handles all sensitive payment data with bank-grade encryption.
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the change takes effect immediately on a pro-rated basis. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Just reach out to your account manager or email us at contact@synexian.com.
An active project is a distinct deliverable or workstream that our engineers are concurrently working on in a given month — for example, building an AI agent, setting up an MLOps pipeline, or developing a custom ML model. Engineering hours are shared across all active projects.
If we have not begun work on your project within 7 days of payment, you are eligible for a full refund. Once engineering work has started, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to our Terms of Service for full details.
